Welcome to Librarium Online!
Well, you all know that i'm leading LOBC. Here's your cahnce ot poke at hte commander, also a chance to learn a few things about building an army. Either way have fun.
Veterans- Need I say more.
Grenadiers- This is to free up an extra elite slot
Light Infantry- Everybody in my army takes this
Drop Troops- Never know when this could come in handy
Iron Discipline- Leadership is a valuable asset.
Junior Officer William Abritus- Honorifca Imperialis and plasma pistol, Iron Disp.
They are to provide courage from a distance and little bit of covering fire. For the lowest cost. A little bit of fluff in there too.
1 Armageddon Sentinel
Nobody's going to pick on a wee, lone little sentinel until its to late. It will help knock out some of the tanks I come across, or distract something for a turn.
2x Fire Support-3x Auto Cannons, 3x Heavy Bolters
This gives my squads some cover, and help with power armor and hordes, a little.
2x Anti Tank-3x Lascannons
I just made this because I had the weapons laying around I could also use more lascannons
Vet squad 1-3 grenade, vox, 2 ccw, shotgun, ver sarge, sniper
This one will lead my other platoons, spear heading charges, killing from a distance, and tying up
godzillas of cc so that my other guys can run away and get ready to make that guy get epilepsy.
Vet squad 2-Missile L., 3 meltas, Vox, 2 CCW
Tank, terminator, and power armor hunting. I'll probably deploy these guys forward of the rest or set them up in a pseudo ambush with hidden set up house rules (as long as out of sight of enemy models, and behind 5+ cover and hasn't fired yet, counts as hidden.) Or they'll be right next to the other vet unit doing the same things that it is.
Storm Troopers-8x, 2 melta, deepstrike infiltrate, vet sarge
Behind the line Deep striking and tank busting
TROOPS (the power house)
Command-grenade, mortar, Iron Disp.
Squad One-Vox, grenade, Heavy Bolter
Squad Two-Vox, Grenade, Sniper
Command-Grenade, Mortar Iron Disp.
Squad Three-Vox, grenade, ML
Squad Four-Vox, grenade, ML
These two will be my line squads. Built for getting to an objective and holding it. or marching accross the field to blind anybody who dares get in their way.
Command-Melta, two grenade, Iron Disp.
Squad Five- Vox Melta, Heavy Bolter
Squad Six- Vox, Grenade, Missile Launcher
Ether flankers or spear headers. Might give support to Vet squads and grenadiers. I intentionally left them open ended to be able to take care of anything
Grenadiers 5x- 2 plas, plas pistol
See Vet Squad Two.
Armored fist 1-
Squad-Missile Launcher, melta, vox (best squad I've ever painted)
Tank- Multilaser, Hull bolter
They will stay back with the basilisk at first, then rush up to reinforce what needs reinforcing. Reserves I have complete control over, or fight those pesky terminators.
Armored fist 2-
Squad-Heavy bolter, flamer, vox
Tank- Extra armor, Dozerblade, Multi, hull bolter, Heavy stubber, extra armor, and whatever TC stands for (i can't read my own notes)
These guys will pull the "fish of fury" tactic, or pop the hatch and shoot flamers at people
Demoisher-Track Gaurds, Heavy stubber, dozer blade, sponsoon heavy bolter, hull- don't know
Depends on the mission. Will usually help out the vets, flankers, or the Armored Fist squads.
Leman Russ-Heavy stubber, lascannon, heavy bolters
This will help my line squads, or follow the demoisher, depends on the situation.
Basilisk- Camo, armored crew compartment, hull flamer, heavy stubber, indirect fire
Provide covering fire for advancing units, decimating hordes, what else do you use a basilisk for?
Three Companies of the 26th Vinancium
143rd Airborne Badgers (99.9% done)
159th Corsair Rifles (35% done))
69th Armored Wall Busters (95% done)
Total 197 men, 12 tanks, 4 Heavy Artillery Pieces
I may have missed something in a rules clarificaiton but......If you want to use STs as an Elite choice you still have to take the ST doctrine. It is to the best of my knowledge that Grenadiers merely makes them available as Troop choices but not elite choices.....
Also and I suppose you know this that you have a total of 6 troop choices which is two more than the "legal" limit allowed by the force structure chart, are you playing under a special dispensation by your local rules? Or am I reading the 4 as more on top of that? I suppose I should be....I think I just answered my own point here....nevermind
Other than that everything looks pretty sweet

Everything you have been told is a lie!
Like I said, Nevermind...I was misreading the 4....I wrote that post in stream of consciousness.
