    Id give these guys bolt pistols and CCWs.

    Let your terminators handel shooting, get your scouts into CC.

    (seems backwards but it will work much better)

    6x scouts- Missle Launcher - 88
    Ditch this, make your terminator squads 6 man each.

    10x Marines- Vet Sgt / Pwrfst / Plasma Pistol, 2x Plasma Guns - 248
    Rhino- Smoke
    You dont really need a powerfist on this sgt, youve already got more then enough powerfists in the army, id just field them as a 10 man squad, give them a drop pod.

    Your points are off here.

    Give them assault cannons, they are actually better anti tank then cyclones, and they a cheaper.

    Just go with ACs, cheaper, better, nothing a cyclone can hurt that an AC cant as well.

    Making each squad 6 man would help out a lot.
