    1850 Dark Angels Tourney. Different only a little.

    I'm going a bit of a different approach this time around. But I think it needs to be more shooty. Help is nice.

    You would be better offf with a drop pod. Infiltrate is really only good for shooty units or units with more than 12" of movement a turn, and that means this command squad cannot get a first-turn charge. And I'd suggest a librarian with fear of the darkness over a master here. Really helpfull in a tourney.

    A drop pod would be good here, too. Termies are quite often shot, and a drop pod controls who can shoot them.

    Ok make this an annihilator with heavy bolter sponsons or drop it. Any vehicle with 3 or more main weapons is a bad idea, because you can only move and shoot with one heavy weapon and all defensive weapons.

    Hmm, maybe change the troop choices to 6 man tactical squads w/ plasma cannon and plasma gun?

    I agree with most of what ezekiel said.

    Except with the following.

    First, scouts rarely warrent the use of frags, since they can infiltrate, you might as well put them up agenst a unit without cover.

    Secondly, scouts are not a good choice for DAs. DAs are pimarily a shooty army, and have very helpful support units for scouts.

    So id remove them all together.



    You are not utalizing the strenght of DAs very well:

    Bikes - landspeeders (which your doing a ok job of) - and shooty troop squads.

    DAs have great shooty troops squads because they never fall back, even without a sgt.

    So you can keep firing away with devs or other units.

    You have no units which take advantage of the DAs primary special rule.

    So you might consider claiming your a successor, of the DAs chapter, or slinter company, and take some traits, and more effective units for the rule youd like them to fill.

    Because your Dark angles, you firing back bone should be made of devs, because this makes the best use of your special rules.

    Preditors arent good tank, except Baal for blood angles.

    Remove this tank, and pick up what you lose from it, shooty power, with either devs, or speeders, bikes ext.
