I decided to come up with the most shooty list I could from the basic Marine codex ie, no Ravenwing. What do you think? Can you make it more shooty?

That's a lot of anti-infantry firepower, though a bit light on anti-tank without forcing a speeder unit to fire at a tank for a rend instead of at troops.

Cheapest HQ I have ever seen, good especially when you have all of these heavy weapons.

Perhaps Sniper Rifles would help to complement the missles. But you'll need to cut back elswhere to do this.
Don't see this very often. I think that it may actually fare better than 4 missles. Simply because you'll get SO many more shots, thus more oppurtunities to wound. Very nice.
More shooty? I don't know, its pretty darn shooty as it is. I suggest having at least one unit that has some decent CC abilities, in case you come across Monstrous Creatures and Demon Princes.
Ya, I suppose I should clarify the more shooty. While possible to make it a slightly better horde army sweeper, this is unnecessary. Instead, what it could use is more shooting that can hurt high AV targets without sacrificing the anti-infantry killing power. Or shooting with better range than 24".
TMCs would be a pain, but the speeders could bring them down reasonably well as they'll average 1 wound per speeder. I don't like using sniper rifles for MCs. They just aren't that good vs most MCs and a bolter is just as good vs weak targets. Too many points for their usefulness.
Right now my biggest fear is those few units that can go straight from out of sight/DS right into an assault. Without a turn to fire, this army can't do much. But including any good counter charge unit means dropping some serious firepower. Hmm...

yeah, that's tough. You can't really take these units without dropping too much.
