I don't see many tech-marine hq's and I don't think they are that good so i would say use a commander.

    Veteran Squad
    X5BP and CCW
    X1BP and PF
    X1BP and PF vet. sgt.
Vets are elites. So you might want to put them there in your list.Looks pretty good get some more power weapons in there don't use the power fists.

    Troops
    Tactical squad
    X5 bolters
    X1 lascannon

    Tactical squad

Look good might want a little mroe guys in there.

    Elite
    Venerable Dreadnought
    Extra armor
    X1 Lascannon
    X1 Missile Launcher
    Venerable dreadnought
    X1AC

    Heavy
    Landraider
    Devastator squad
    X3 bolters
    X4 Heavy bolters
A land raider in a 1500 point battle not very smart. Once it is blown up you wasted 200 some points if i am correct. Might not want it you have enough anti tank in your army.

    Fast
    Assault squad
    X5 BP and CCW
    X2 PP and CCW
X1 vet sgt. with BP and PF
Give him a power weapon power fists in my opinoin are useless.

Other wise your list looks very good.
    Hope this helps.

i would add one more tactical squad, and also make both dreadnoughts have the lascannon/ missile luancher combo, personally i feel they make up their points more than just the regular dreds. give the dreads tank hunters.

the land raiders fine, but its alot of points. just dont use it if your facing imperial guard or tau.

keep the tech marine, he's awesome, and it wouldn't really be iron hands witout him.

    hope this helps

Hmm, did you list all your upgrades? I came out that you have about 50pts left, which seems unlikely.

    Couple thoughts:
Techmarine: Using the full servo harness, he's already got 2 cc weapons right? So no need for the bolt pistol. And bionics are pretty pointless.

Veterans: Might consider dropping that normal guy from a fist to a regular power weapon since you've already got both the sgt and the techmarine with fist hits. Depends what you normally play against. Definitely keep the sgt with the fist.

Dreads: I'd take Venerable off the AC dread and give the lascannon dread tank hunter.

Troops: I'd try to up your model count, either by adding another squad or adding more men to the 2. Try to fit special weapons in too if they're large squads.

The servo harness gives him an extra power fist attack, not CCW, so he can still have a power weapon and pistol

He starts with a power weapon and the cutter on the harness is listed as counting as a twin linked plasma pistol. Not like the bolt pistol costs much at all, but it adds up with the other spare points.

yeah, you really should count th servo harness as its own entity, he wont suffer get hot from the plasma, and nothing there counts as anything extra towards the marine. its its own little beast in a box.
