First off, drop die-hards. Other wise it will be extremely to successfully use the break 'n' shoot tactic.

A power weapon might be nice.

    -Anti-Tank Support Squad, 3 Missile Launchers, Die-hards,
    Sharp-Shooters = 110pts
I'd drop die-hards and sharpshooters and upgrade to lascannons.

-Special Weapon Support - Demo Charge = 45pts or Commisar w. Power Wpn.
As long as you've got drop troops, either one is fine.

    Platoon 1

-Command - Jnr. Officer, Vet. Medic and 2 Plasma guns, Die-hards,
    Iron Discipline = 81pts
Remove the medic, drop Die hards and the plasmaguns. There isn't a big enough meat shield to protect them. I wouldn't suggest anything bigger than a heavy bolter in this squad.

-Squad 2 - Heavy Bolter, Grenade Launcher,
    Die-hards, = 83pts

-Squad 2 - Heavy Bolter, Grenade Launcher,
    Die-hards, = 83pts
For a mere two points each, upgrade those Grenade Launchers to Plasmaguns.

    Platoon 2

-Command - Jnr. Officer, Vet. Medic and 2 Plasma guns, Die-hards,
    Iron Discipline = 81pts
    Same again.

    - Squad 1 - Missile Launcher, Grenade Launcher,
    Die-hards, = 88pts

    - Squad 1 - Missile Launcher, Grenade Launcher,
    Die-hards = 88pts
Same again on the Grenade Launchers and see if you can get the points required to upgrade those Rockets to Lascannons.

    Platoon 3

-Command - Jnr. Officer, Vet. Medic and 2 Plasma guns, Die-hards,
    Iron Discipline = 81pts
    Same again

    -Squad 1 - Heavy Bolter, Plasma Gun, Die-hards = 85pts

    -Squad 1 - Heavy Bolter, Plasma Gun, Die-hards = 85pts
Excellent, except for die hards. You know, it might not be a bad idea to upgrade one or two of those Heavy Bolters to autocannons. That way the Lascannons can focus on MCs and Tanks while they target zippy vehicles like Landspeeders.

by sticking those plasmaguns in the command squads, you're just going to ensure they get aced when the enemy heavy bolters start firing. In that 5 man unit, you have 4 men who are important and you would rather not lose. That leaves you with only a single man to act as a meatshield. IMO, use the points to buy Heavy Bolters in the troops units (The HQ should always remain out of LOS) and upgrade Rocket Launchers elsewhere to Lascannons.

I'd also drop the plasma pistol from the HQ. I doubt you'd get a chance to use it.

Regimental Doctrines - Saying this army is cadian is a loose desccription,

Because hundreds of regiments are raised from a single world, it's completely fair to assume that not all of them use the same doctrines. Why Heavy Weapon platoons? I find the HQ supplies all I need and tanks are cheaper and better choices. At any rate, you need to spend a doctrine point to take the special weapons squad. But on them, a 5 man squad of Veterans with three meltaguns only costs 75 points and are more accurate than your special weapons team.
