Personally I'd drop the psyker and commisars.
Get yourself some heavy weapons squads, you need more AT so probobly lascannons.

3 basilisks and 2 hellhounds is overkill. Drop a basilisk and 1 hellhound and perhaps invest in some vets or stormtroopers.

I've only just touched on this list. I'm sure others will come along offering further advice. Remember though it's your decision in the end.^_^

Okay first of all a Psyker is not an elite choice which you seem to want. Also it seems you have too many Basilisks, at least have one Leman Russ Battle Tank.

the psyker and commissars are what makes this list neet, think about their interactions and you can get some nice fluff. besides the psyker can kill that multi-wound badass that just about every army can field. indapendent commissars are nice due to the fact that thay can leave the unit thay are placed in, and provide leadership and CC bost whair needed, granted its not a huge bost but i imagin it might help. as to anti-armor the basilisks are prity good at that but much beter at outher stuff, in order to solve that i think swaping 2-4 atocannons for lazcannons or both hellhounds for 4 lazcannon sentials. what else?

edit: i use stormtroopers in my inquisitor army and dont feel the need for them.

i am very week on objectives but dont think thair is much i could about that.

You may not have two command squads for your HQ. For each infantry platoon, you need a command squad with a Junior Officer.

2 mortar support squads? Gee that's 12 ordnance barrages (I mean frag templates, but you knwo what I mean. Cue the sweat drop). Overkill much? Let's not forget the mortars at HQ.

Chem-inhaler needs to be purchased for every unit in the army. Yes that means your Independant Commissars and Command Squads.

Sanctioned Psyker works fine, but remember he's just and adviser. He doens't have free reign over the battlefield like an Independant Commissar, so he'll be stuck at the Senior Officer Command Squad.

Junior Officer is too low leadership, even with Indepenant Commissars.

Why do you want 2 voxes each? Is that even allowed? Keep it to one.

And yeah, this list lacks anti-tank, unless you're looking for the Ordnance Pen. from the Basilisk. Maybe drop one for a Leman, or drop one of the mortar squads for an Anti-tank Squad.

No, Independant commissars don't count as Guard Infantry so they don't pay for Chem Inhalers.

What are you looking for here? A happy fluff based list or a well greased fighting machine? At the moment you've got the former.
