Heavy support- 230
Multi Melta x2
Heavy Bolter x2
Faith points- 6
Auspex would work better on your Retributors I think.
Mixing Mmetas and HBolters does not always work - stay with 3 or 4 HBs.
Maybe scrap some points to give your VSS os regular Sisters some gear - flamers or meltaguns?
I'd consider dropping the MeltaBombs from your Seraphim, with 2 inferno pistols, they've got quite a bit of tank-popping twin linked goodness. Maybe throw in a Eviscerator on the superior if you want tank-busting in the assault.
I agree with Smok, go all HB's in the retrib. squad. I find Multi-Meltas are easy to avoid. HB's have good range, and good infantry stopping power. I'd also not mount the Retib's and use the points to mount the 2 sisters squads in rhinos.
I really like having my basic sister squads mounted in Rhino's with a HvFlamer and a Meltagun in each squad. They become a lot more utilitarian, and needless to say, mobile.
But, everyone has different preferences on how to build a force. If you have a few others to play, try an escalation league, or even a 40k in a flash campaign. Both can be found on the GW site. They're good ways to start to get a feel for how to use your army, and how it's capabilities change as it grows.
how about this change?
remove 2x veteran superiors from sisters troops (demote to regular sisters)
remove melta bombs
replace MMs in dominion with HBs
remove mantle of ophelia
move auspex from HQ to retributors
give rhinos to sisters troops
give rhinos extra armor
(points check out, 3 left over)
the sisters still don't got the recommended melta or heavy flamer, but at least they have transports now. not sure what you could shave off to get ~30+ points for those weapons.

he means retributers and not dominions with HB for the record
ooh, losing the vss on ur sisters is bad. Maybe you could drop a seraphim or summink?
Having barenaked battle sisters is not a good idea. They not only need Rhinos, they need their flamers and meltaguns and a VSS to lead them. Having no improved Ld, no Book of St. Lucius, no access to faith and no assault weapons means that their morale and firepower will be low. The enemy will take little damage from them and crush them with ease. Basic bolters alone do really very little damage to the enemy, especially if he has a 3+ save. Effectively all you've done is create two perhaps 160pt units that are powerless to help their friends or hurt the enemy. That's in total a third of your points that is seriously underperforming.
I've seen what happens to mobs of troops with only small arms, they don't do squat. Even if they get in a good position to attack the enemy, not that much happens. A squads heavy and special weapons don't support the squad, they ARE the squad, the rest of the troops are really just there to protect and support them. If you crunch the numbers you will often find that these weapons on average often inflict as much and sometimes far more casualties than all the small arms of the rest of the squad put together.
I'd drop the Immolator from the Retribs, they don't really need it as transport. Use the points saved to buy a full set of kit for the battle squads and a few more bodies for the Retribs. In regard to the Seraphim I'd give the VSS an Eviscerator, and drop the inferno pistols in favour of hand flamers. The Evisc will enhance their cc power and give the Sera AT capability, while their mobility makes them excellent at placing flame remplates for maximum effect.
