Hey guys long time reader first time poster
I'm relatively new to the game and wanted to pass this list by my fellow brethren.
Here it goes. Constructive criticism is welcomed!
close order drill
JO hq - 110
troop - 1100
bolt pistol ( I had 2 points left so i put them to good use)
bolt pistol ( ditto)
fast - 165
3 x sentinels; lascannon (individual)
eliets - 225
3 x harden vets; 3 x plasma (5 man)
heavy - 340
2 x demolishers
basicly deepstrike the harden vets to take out any out of view/big target items. The rest keep their feet on the ground and shoot.
If I had em I would use hellhounds, and chimeras but alas I do not.

Thats pretty nice but i would take maybe a russ instead of one of the demolishers for the fact that you have alot better range. But i like the look of this list.
Joe Peshi (lone wolf) kill tally:Lash Sorcerer, Ghazkull, Yriel, Termi Libby, Vulkan.
Thanks for the reply.
I was thinking of swapping out the 6 grenade launchers for 3 plasma and if I have enough points give my HQ a power wep. Think 3 plasma is better than 6 grenade launchers?

I like the list very balanced the HQ im not to sure of. what ranked commander do you use? are you really going to put them in a position to use plasma especially in pistol form?
as for the grenade launchers vs plasma grenade launchers all the way. statistics will show that against all armies they work better (yes six frag grenades against marines will kill more than six plasma shots a long as there are3+ marines under each template) basically 6 weapons is more variety similar damage at worst and is more flexible and wont kill you!
You have put chameleon under a few squads, if this is the doctrine cameleoline then it needs to be taken as a doctrine and for everyone in your list.
keep the lst as is accept i recommend a tweak in the main command apart from that i hope you win!
Chameleon, do I have to take it as a doctrine? Or can it be bough just as extra equipment? If I do need it as a doctrine and apply it to all my troops, then well.... I guess I will remove it and use the points for something else.
I was thinking of taking off the chameleon, removing all grenade launchers, striping the HQ of the plasma pistol, and forming a suicide command squad with 4 plasma and a grenade launcher. Think that would be a good idea?

yes you have to take it as a doctrine which is annoying (spent hours modelling cloaks on my light infantry!). Id suggest you dont strip too many special weapons off. Do remeber if you want a suicide squad its best kept cheap. three plasma max. perhaps mi up plasma and flamers then it is versatile. with the points taken off for camo you could afford a couple of plasma and another spec weapon. but dont put all of your eggs in one basket especially a suicidal one.
Also remember that close order and iron discipline dont stack accept in platoon commands so the squads will only be LD8 unmoded. accept platoon command which will be LD9.
