    Firstly... (I'm basing all my advice on a fluff based position, so if this information does not apply please do not be offended) As a raven guard player myself i see Kayvaan Shrike a massive points sink, even though he can get a first turn charge in and has rending ability on his claws i think he is worth to much to take him in an army anywhere under 3000points... As for the Chaplain he is perfect, he is exactly who you need to lead a bunch of die hard raven guard... If you drop shrike i would suggest making the Chaplain a Master of Sanctity and give him a bolt pistol so as to get the extra attack... Other than that the Chaplain is fine...

    From a fluff perspective you would generally try to steer away from Terminators as the Raven Guard rely on a quick strike, quick fallback mind set... So attacking from the shadows and then melding back into them so the Terminators in all their chunky glory generally don't fit the mould... The Assault Sqaud is fine although i would suggest giving them meltabombs because they are the elite assault sqaud, as for the dreadnought if you are going to give him tankhunters it needs to be venerable...

    Okay first thing first get rid of the rhino becuase it only takes away from your fast attack section which is what the Raven Guard are based around... And as a general rule of thumb a rhino is just a steel coffin for raven guard... I would suggest to make both the tactical sqauds 10men a give them a Missile Launcher and a Plasma Gun and use them as mobile fire support sqauds and go machine hunting with the dread otherwise use them to consolidate objectives.... As for the scouts consider making both of the squads CC orientated with a powerfist in each and make them 10 men therefore providing back up CC support to the Assault Sqaud...

    This is fine. The assault sqaud is good especially with furious assault and the land speeder squadron is fine although i would consider taking another sqaudron and give them multimeltas to help kill any stubborn tanks, monoliths etc...

    Lastly very few Raven Guard players use Heavy Support because it does not fit well into the theme of the strike from the shadows and then disappear, personally i would ditch it. The only heavy support i would take as a Raven Guard player would be a dev squad even then only if i have nowhere else to put the points...

    Hopefully you can take something from the load of words on the page, if you need anymore help ask some more questions...
