I have played 1 game with this army list, against a tau opponent and it was a draw.

I join the EC and the Chaplain with the 16 man crusader squad. They move pretty fast with a possible 9" RZ because of the Cenobyte Servitors. I drop pod the Melta squad next to any tank or big nasty unit. I have been deep striking the Terminators, but everytime I do I leave them unsupported out in the open and while they do soak up alot of fire they usually dont last very long. So next game I am going to try and walk them right behind the Large Crusader squad and just use them as fire support. The assault squad I walk on and there first priority is tank hunting, if nothing is available they add support where needed. I dont know about the Dreadnought, I usually try and get him into combat with a squad that cant touch him, that way it is one less unit shooting at my large crusader squad. Or if I can I try and tank hunt with him. But he has not been very effective so I am undecided about the dread.

I appreciate any advice you can give!

In general, I think the list is OK, but I think it falls short of what it could be on a number of levels.

The primary problem I see is the lack of troops. As this is a BT list! I expect to see a least a couple of large squads of templars, backed up by other units, not other units backed up by a small(ish) crusader squad. Does that make sense?

I'm a bit mixed on BTs in drop pods. I don't like how some squads have Drop Pods, and some don't. I'm a firm believer in all or nothing podding, and as it's tough to get the EC in one, it makes it very hard to drop pod effectively. Perhaps you would be better off with only having drop pods in the elites section (i.e. dreadnoughts)?

    HQ:
Your EC and Reculisarch are both fine, and are exactly what I run in my lists.

    ELITES:
In 1500 pts, I think terminators are a bit much. Admittadly you get two assault cannons, but you could also get a huge squad of angry templars for that price. Plus, when they die (and they will), there goes 1/5 of your VPs.

I personally, am a big fan of the dual dropping dread BT list. But that's just me.

    TROOPS:
More! MORE! I like to go two units of 15, each with an HQ... but that's just me. More men means more attacks in CC, and allows you to be stronger when you hit the lines.

    ELITES:
I think 10 men assault squads are overkill. I would cut it to 6 or 8 at the most.

    HEAVY SUPPORT:
I think you need more than just one tank, or no tanks at all. One tank means its a dead tank first turn against pretty much any army.

If you want to design a drop list, maybe think about 2 or 3 squads of crusaders with a Chaplain w/servitors who start on the board (they'll get shot up anyway, and then can fly forward), and all the rest of the troops dropping in.

Again, this is just my opinion based upon how I play. I'm sure someone else will chime in and give you more advice.

I think your new list looks better. Although, I would prefer some heavy supports.

Trade the flamers for meltaguns, it helps out against wraithlords and vehicles.

Drop tank hunters on the terminators and get rid of the lascannon crusader squad in favor of 2 landspeeders or bikes with multimeltas. This will really bosst your anti tank ability and is far more controlable than the crusader squad.

That is perfect Helbrect, Thanks for the input. I think that I will go with the Bikes. Do you think 2 Attack Bikes with multi Meltas or 3 regular bikes all with meltas?

2 attack bikes, you get 4 wounds instead of 3, a 12 inch longer range, and don't have to get within enemy cc striking distance to take out out enemy tanks.

I decided that I need a lot more anti tank, because I play tau and eldar alot. What do you think? Is it better with the 2 Bike Squads and 1 assault squad, or should I go with the two assault squads and 2 attack Bikes. Thanks again for all the input!

Well, you've taken my advice further than anticipated and got the best of both worlds. Looks like a really solid list.
