Desided to make a second army list now that I have played a few games of 40k. Advice is still very much welcomed.

    - Eversor temple assassin

You have a good list. Why do you have an Inquisitor Lord. You can get an Inquisitor and save you 25 pts. You can then adda second sage to the Inquisitor retinue.

    - Dreadnought, w/ twin-linked lascannon, missle launcher, extra armor
    155 points
    This should be 145 pts.

    - Dreadnought, w/ twin-linked autocannon, missle launcher, extra armor
    140 points
Why go wit han TL Autocannon? You can go either TLLC or an Assault Cannon. The points for this one should be 130 pts. I would make it another TLLC.

Great list with lots of strong points, the only weakness I see that is really unavoidable in a DH only army is the lack of long range firepower that can be accieved by adding IG to parts of the force organization. With that list, going up against a shooty army, you would really have hope for some cover to get the grey knights across, and hope the dreadnaughts wouldn't get smoked in the first couple turns. But once they grey knights get in close enough with storm bolters and nfws it should be pretty nasty.

Just a random note, I don't think your Grand Master can take Frag Grenades.

I'm 90% positive that models in Terminator Armour can't take frags.

that is 100% right; no frags for termies.

oh, and on your troops i'd swap the auspex for a targeter and frags as i find this is more useful. just a thought.

ok here is updated list with corrected point values. ( guess i cant do math first thing in the morning ), reason for inquistitor lord is that for some reason my dice hate me when i roll leadership test so it is with it to me to have the iron will, and where i play we tend to use lots of terrain when setting up the map so most the time i can get in cover / have my assassins tie up the shotting lane squads.

    HQ =
    - Inquistitor lord, w/ psycannon
    - 2 sage
    - 1 mystic
    - 1 gun servitor, w/ plasma cannon
    - 2 gun servitor, w/ hevy bolter
    202 points

    - Grandmaster
    - 3 retinue grey knight terminators
    283 points

    Elites =
    - 3 Death cult assassins
    120 points

    - Eversor temple assassin
    95 points

    148 points

Really quite nice! I agree that taking the I-lord is best if you can afford the 25 pts. Also, don't normally like the use of DCAs at all, but you seem to have covered all the other bases well enough without costing you too much. I would say that downgrading the GM to a BC and 2 GKTs -- almost exactly the same points cost -- would give you more bodies, more attacks, and more shots but the same number of wounds. Something to consider. The GM isn't truly necessary unless you're up against a 'nidzilla list or daemons.

More importantly, however, I think you really need to drop the autocannon in favor of a TLLC. You just don't have enough heavy firepower in your list. The points are easy to scrounge if your drop the frags, auspex, and targeters off the PAGK squads, and one set of smoke launchers. (Or some combination of that. TLLC/ML dreads can benefit from smoke, but ideally you're keeping them around cover anyway, so you may be able to keep more of the GK upgrades if you drop the smokes.)
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.
