Welcome to Librarium Online!
I think this is my finalized (as far as concept goes) list for 1000 points... i think...
HQ - 61
Elite - 155 pts
Gun Servitor x 3
+Heavy Bolter x 2
Sage x 2
Troops - 250
PAGK x 8
Troops - 250
Heavy Support - 140
Heavy support - 140
Few concerns... first of all, it seems like it's gonna be a very slow army... all my GKs are foot slogging, so is HQ, HS is walkers, no transports, no DS... kinda worried. Not sure if i should do something about it, or will it be ok? - Apparently not a huge issue... glad to know.
Secondly, i'm wondering if i really need a second sage if I don't have a plasma cannong which brings us to issue 3... - New list has PC. So it'll be of good use.
So plasma cannons... mmm... i could drop 1 PAGK from a squad, replace a HB with a PC, and then i have 15 points to do something with (tarot?). -well now it's just 4 points... so what to do? smoke on a dread? targetters?

I'm pretty sure you need a GK hero to take dreads, but otherwise it looks good.
You may have to make do with the AC/DCCW Dred to find the points for a BC or drop a couple of PAGKs.
The positive with this is that you can then move the Inq Lord to the elites and save some points.
It's worth a krak!
Yes, other than the requirement to take a GK Hero in order to have dreadnoughts, it's a fine list. Learning to play with the "slow mobility" of the GK-centric DH army can be difficult, but once you get the hang of it, you'll realize that transports (for us, anyway) are overrated, and truly not necessary. Just remember to utilize terrain and the shrouding to minimize shooting at your troops while maximizing your own opportunities to fire with those stormbolters with minimal return fire. Assault only when you have to, only when it's obvious your opponent can outshoot you cleanly. Then move in for assault. Otherwise, be content to let the enemy come to you, whittle them down, and then finish them off in assault.
As for affording that necessary BC, just drop a few GKs, four, in fact. That would leave you with 2 8-man squads, which is adequate, and would also let you spend 91 pts on a BC with a psycannon and get extra armour on your dreads, which are necessary.
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

As long as you're including a GK hero, there's not much to recommend a ranged =][= lord over an elite =][=. The Lords stats are slightly better for CC, but you're hosed anyways if this unit is in CC, no? Dropping the Lord down to elite status will net you the cost of a GK, which is always handy.
Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.
If you're intruiged by doctors who are also ninjas, then this is the webcomic for you!
damn... yea i found that rule now... that's lame.
well then drop em down to an elite, replace a HB with plasma cannon, drop a PAGK from each squad and include a bare naked BC, 4 points left.
Im only saying this because your foot slogging but why don;t you drop the Psy cannon on the Inquisitor, and give him a storm bolter. You may think Im crazy but really... your gonna get shot at, you want the sages around for at least one round of shooting, and you definatly want the HBs and Plasma, so If you give the =I= a SB and kill him first you still have a strong and super powerfull metalstorm unit.
With the points this frees up you can pick up EA and SL on those dreads. And mabye even targeters for the justicars.
EDIT: I just tallied this list up in AB, with the changes I suggested, as well as changing a Lascannon with an Assult Cannon, you can pick up and evesor assasin, sweet deal eh?
EDIT, EDIT: sry, But you wrote on your dreads that you have TLLC and lascannon, did you mean Missle launcher?

1500pts GK - WIP
2000pts Skaven 0/4/0 I'll get there enventually
2000pts Khorn 20/4/2 - Retired
"I have a new ship, i'ts called the Lollipop." "I have no Information on that ship" "It's new, just been commissioned, It's a good ship!"
There are a lot of things that I like about this list.
However, I would like to see a few more troops on the field... but until they start making GKs cheaper, this list will work.
Well revised.
It's worth a krak!
The only honorable options left to we combatants is seppuku or semantics...which amount to the same thing really.
