Any thoughts? If it is too low on anti-tank that's okay, I will have an ally to pick up the slack in that area, although I'd like to help a little.

Why so many veterans in the main hq?
Heres something you might want to consider for the special weapons layout. Make one command squad your burning squad, give the officer a bolt pistol and p weapon, give the squad 4 flamers and give the chimera 2 heavy flamers and make use of the shoot from the transport ability. Give another command squad a melta bomb and 4 melta guns and use one of your cookie cutter chimeras. This is what i do with my command squads and it works for me (except i use light infantry instead of mechanised)
You dont really want all 3 lemans to be the same, make some stronger in some areas and others strong in other areas. For example give one of them 3 heavy bolters instead of a lascannon. Also if everything is the same then the army gets boring to make.
Well, the HQ command is a dedicated combat squad. I really like the psyker and built the squad around him. I upped the guys to veterans for the extra attack. If the points are better spent elsewhere, I'm not attached to them. The other command squad is the melta squad. I don't really care what happens to them if I can get one full melta volley at an opposing tank, and since they wouln't be charging on the turn they exit the transport I didn't get the meltabombs. If this is a big mistake tell me, i've never tried meltabombs on a meltagun squad. Then I got flamers in all the other squads to make up for the lack of them elsewhere. I got lascannons on the russes because if the battle cannon gets blown off, then I can help bust tanks, and I've got a lot of anti-infantry already. I also wanted to keep them back and we'll be playing on a big field so the extra range helps. Do you guys think it's worth it to have tha lascannons even though they only get one shot? Thanks for the advice. I'll keep messing around with it.
I see what you are saying about your second command squad now that i look at the point cost, its just that the way its worded makes it look like only 1 melta gun. The meltabombs are nothing special, but thats because when tanks see a squad with 5 melta weapons they stay clear of it, so it really functions as a terror weapon. You put them somewhere that you want the tanks to stay away from.
If you want good anti tank, look into demolishers. The demolisher is great for busting tanks, and the improved armour means that you dont have to worry about side shots.
The only problem i see with the psyker is that you loaded a lot of points into a S3 model. The roll to wound is the roll that you are going to hate, as a good number of the multi wound models also have high toughness.
I edited the list to make the second command squad more clear. I'm aware of the drawbacks of s3 on the psyker, but i don't plan on him attacking any mega characters or anything above t4. Also, in this mega battle the list is for i'll be facing daemonhunters and witch hunters lists plus others. This means that there will probably be a few inquisitor lords on the field, which are only t3. In this case both the power fist on the officer and the psyker can insta kill them.
