Ok me and some friends tarted playing we are going to build to 1500 points list and then play a couple of round robbin weeks of randaom games from the back of the book to see who is on top before adding more points and expanding armies further. The games are all friendly, but we are all still trying to win and be able to talk sh#%. I was thinking of trying something mechanized. Opponents are Tau, IG and Eldar. (I know lots of heavy hits to blow up my nice shiny vehicles)

Last 15 points on TP homer (is it 10 or 5 points SM book is 5 right?) and/or targeters.
Your thoughts, and yes I realize the LRC is going to pull shots...
Well, other than the LRC, which I don't really approve of.... Just think of all the goodies you could get for those points? A third dread, some GKs, for example.... Ah well.
I would say that this list looks a lot more like a shoot-em-up-from-afar army than a traditional DH army that works best at that 12"-24" range. I would actually think that a normal Land Raider would be a better choice, therefore, than a Crusader variant. I would also want a psycannon on the BC so he can shoot from afar, too. (Take off the 9th GK from the fuller squad to afford this. I think the trade-off is almost always worth it, as the BC, being an independent character, never needs to be risked and can always snipe from afar, perfectly safe.)
As for TP homers, and everything else with updated rules from the smurf codex, we continue to pay our costs, not theirs.
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

Looks like a good list to me! I did have a couple of thoughts:
Given that you've got a more 'shooty' army build, you might get better use out of a Chimera for the PG squad, since the chimera has superior frontal armour and the ability to mount heavy weapons. I think the Rhino is a good choice for your MG squad, though.

If you're intruiged by doctors who are also ninjas, then this is the webcomic for you!
