This is for a team tourny in late July, I'll try and get my partners list when I find one.
Troops- 200 3 of these
Fast attack- 199
2x Plasma pistol
If you do ditch the power fists, you've got another ninety points you can use. Seeing this army list makes you think you have more of a shooting army. I'd say go with some scouts, 4 sniper rifles and a heavy bolter. This is 90 even. Or if you could, maybe a speeder for some support for your assault squad. But overall, personally I think you need some tanks in there. Something with a little more mobile fire support.
Maybe drop a tactical squad altogether and the other two power fists, this leaves you with another 200 points to work with, and you are only short on heavy weapon, because those bolters aren't going to be used much probably, depending on the army. I would maybe take the twenty and split them up into 2 squads of 6 and a squad of eight. Two of them with missile launchers, and the eight man squad with a plasma gun. Perhaps you could spring for a razorback with a heavy bolter then. So this way you have a little surpressive fire, and the enemy won't be able to kill him with small arms fire either. Even if they are just Rhinos, fill them with some assault tacticals, or veterans. I'm going to link you, this is the army I would personally do, remember this is just me and my style of playing. I don't know what type of marines you play, how you play them, or what you have set in your arsenal as far as options go.
All in all I just think you need to broaden the versatility of you marines, simple as that. I'm not saying you need to my list, although if you did I'd be quite flattered.
