    right il give a run down,

    HQ:
    1) the officer has way to much wargear and is the worst officer IMO. drop all of this gear, drop the officer to a JO and get him an Honorifica and a bolt pistol and powersword. saving of 77 points. (tooled guard are never worth it)
    2) the medic is not needed as there is no plasma saving 11 pts
    3) sharpshooters isnt worth it, you wont be firing that often and the only benefit is to the grenade launchers saving 10 pts

    Total saving 98 pts

    Elites
    1) there are better options but ratlings in big squads arent too bad. so its fine.

    Troops:
    1) platoon command 1 is again hideously overtooled, drop everything apart from the grenade launchers and the bolt pistol, next buy a powersword. saving 62 pts
    2) Infantry squads are ok but id question the use of sharpshooters but thats your choice.
    3) platoon command 2 again hideously overtooled, drop everything apart from the plasmas and the las pistol, next buy a powersword. saving 42 pts (plasma doesnt get the benefits from sharpshooters)
    4) platoon 2 squads seem fine again id question sharpshooters due to the plasma but that is personnal preference.

    total section saving 104 points, overall 202 points,

    Heavy support,
    1) Drop the heavy weapons platoon and put its support squads in the HQ section, saving 60 points.
    2) The demolisher wont need smoke launchers, saving you 2 pts,

    section saving 62 pts, overall 264 points. plus spare 6 is 270pts

    I think you can see you have really overspent.
    Now the demolisher is on its own and will die quickly if left like this, buy a russ and give it complete heavy bolters and nothing else, thatll set you back 155 points.

    with the rest do some upgrading, personally id change the main HQ grenade launchers to a mortar and use it to hide and for LD so thatd save another 6 pts. Also the platoon HQ with grenade launchers could do with a heavy bolter instead so thats another 6pts saving.
    as you have a gunline more guns are needed so get another squad and give it plasma and missile, vox aswell thatll be 90 pts add sharpshooters to keep your theme and thats 100.
    so far thats 255 pts spent and another 12 saved. this leaves 27 points. with these points buy iron discipline for all officers and upgrade the autocannon grenade launchers to plasma thatd be a total of 19 pts. you have 8 left so put extra armour on the new russ and get a surveyor and for the heavy bolter HQ and a bolt pistol for the officer with only a laspistol.

    Whoa! You're going to break his back with all that junk! Bionics, Carapace Armor, Medallion Crimson, Refractor Field, Trademark Item and the Master Crafting on your power weapon can all go and you won't lose much. He's going to be the last in the squad targetted anyway (baring the silliness on different armor saves that I don't really understand) and if you get shot at by a handful of bolters, you're gonna fail some of those saves. The Macharian Cross can be useful, especially with your heavy weapon platoon but you don't have enough heavy weapon squads in that platoon that it couldn't be made part of the Command Platoon. HQ deploys a long time after heavy support and those Anti-Tank squads would benefit from getting a better angle on enemy tanks. Bolt pistol and Power Weapon are cheap and can make a difference but master crafting them is something of a waste of points. For the price you could almost get a Plasma Guardsman, who will be much more useful. Surveyor is cheap and can be useful, but you'll want more firepower than a couple of grenade launchers and a couple of lasguns to make it worth its points. Also, upgrade him to a heroic senior officer or demote him to a Jr. officer but give him the Honorifica Imperialis. Extra leadership is guud.

    I'd drop the medic as without any plasma its not really going to be that useful. Most of the time, you're gonna get more failed saves than is worth the points for the medic. Or if you want to keep the medic, replace the grenade launchers with plasma guns. If you do that though, drop the sharpshooters since sharpshooters doesn't help plasma gunners. Personally, I would drop the medic and the sharpshooters and turn the Grenade Launchers into a heavy weapons team. My favorite are Autocannons for Command squads but that's just me. Mortars are good if you're using the vox network to hide him behind some cover and keep him safe.

    I'd drop the cross and the armor, personally. If you're gonna make this into an assault unit (which it seems you are with the powerfist) I'd give the guardsmen CCWs and pistols. Extra attacks are nice. If you're not planning this unit as a counter assault one, drop the power fist and a grenade launcher and add a heavy weapons team.

    You're best looking command squad yet. Though, sharpshooters is a bit of a waste with four lasguns and a pistol. Give them a heavy weapon!

    The anti-terminator tank! You might as well drop the track guards, 'cause Immobilized is the only damage you can take that doesn't stop you from shooting. I sigh in relief when my tanks are immobilized 'cause they weren't gonna move anyway!

    There's a lot of changes I suggested and they'll save you a fairly noticeable amount of points. I'd suggest getting another tank in there so your Demolisher isn't the only target. Also, a complete lack of mobility can hurt if you're playing missions where you have to move out and capture something. A stormtrooper squad in a Chimera or Infiltrating is a great investment, IMHO.

    Anyway, remember the IG golden rule... "More guns!"
