Leman Exterminator w/ lascannon, heavy bolter sponson, extra armor, smoke launcher ,side skirts, crush and grind, anti-mag, rough terrain 178pts
Leman russ demolisher w/ lascannon, multi-melta, extra armor, smoke launcher ,side skirts, crush and grind, anti-mag, rough terrain 243pts
Ill offer you some adice that was passed onto me. First things first;
HQ - keep it cheap. It costs an extra 100 points to have an HQ tank so the more expensive it is, the more victory points you are giving to the enemy. The best choice is an Exterminator with x3 HB. It is cheap, and good at killing infantry. 14 shots with the heavy stubber at BS4 is a nice thing.
Elite - if you have a vanquisher, this is where is belongs. It cheaper to add it here, and you still get the BS4 advantage. I recommend a lascannon and x2 HB.
Troops - Basic Russes are the way to go, they are pretty cheap and get the job done. x3 HB is a good option, because when the battle cannon goes, it can still dish out 9 HB shots. If you need more anti-tank firepower, take some hull lascannons.
Heavy Support - Demolishers are the best choice because they offer the needed anti-armor firepower in an AC. I would take plasma cannon sponsons because it lets it still fire until the demolisher cannon is in range.
Doctrines - dont take any. They are expensive and are very specific in what they do. you are always outnumbered when playing an AC, so you need all the points you can get to squeeze in as many tanks as possible. The most I would add to a tank is Extra Armor and smoke, both of which are a must for the more valuable ones.
