    1500pt Space Marine w/Grey Knights Army List

    If you guys could tell me what you think of this list (and what you'd do differently) it'd be much appreciated. I' using the Predators and Devastators as a firebase with some tank hunting ability, the scouts as anti infantry, and the HQ and Tac squad to shoot and assault if needed. Also using those three infiltrating squads to Deep Strike my Grey Knights on target. It looks pretty balanced to me and fun to play (I like sniper, tanks, and Grey Knights).

    Your command squad could be better. It's really an excellent infiltrating cc squad, or it can be. I would put cc/bp on the regular marines, and pump the squad up to 10. The company champion looks good on paper, but is weak. You could put his exact equipment on the squad sergeant for LESS POINTS. Or better yet, put a powerfist on the sergeant.

    The commander himself is not very effective. For this army, I would use a chaplain instead. He gets a free inv save, and really really good specials! In any case, he only has 3 attacks? Your ICs want 2 cc weapons and termi honors to be truly effective. Maybe use a combat shield or iron halo instead of the storm shield. I find artificer armor to be a big points sink.

    Another option is to put the captain in terminator armor and use a termi command squad instead. Then he has the equivalent of termi honors and artif. armor at a big discount. And termis can't use the cheap off-hand weapons anyways, so storm shields are actually decent on them.

    The Dev squad is very small for it's power. Any enemy will focus on it as a weak link. I would add 3-5 more marines to protect those tank hunting heavy weapons. Yah, it's a little expensive, but they are worth it.

    The other SM stuff looks ok, don't have an opinion on the rest as i don't play grey knights. Maybe there's some pork there you could cut out to make the above changes.
