personally i think. if your in valhalla why are you using vostroyans? ^^. anyway this lsit seems kinda copy and paste and doesn't have that much variety in it. it also lacks long frange weapons where gun liners can take advantage of you. to prevent this. i would consider valkyries/vendettas if you choose to.
thanks

So what would you recommend for long range? I don't think it is very copy paste I mean I see where you are coming from but other than the core everything is different from the standard mech list.

ditch the storm troopers for vendettas and ditch the heavy bolter sponsors because it they arn't that good at BS3. if you want anti-horde. then heavy flamesr and sws team with flamers in vendettas are the way to go. also if you lack points ditch the power fsit in the CCS for more plasma guns. and a regimental banner to help strengthen the moral of your army.
thanks

For another 40pt, you get a Company Command Squad with 4x Meltaguns in a HF/ML Chimera. Seriously, that is a better way to go for all the obvious reasons.

Too expensive for throw-away units. I used them when the new Codex hit and they have failed me ever since, be it twin Meltas or twin Plasma. Here is where you can find points for Vendettas (see below).

Perfection.

Leman Russ Squadron

A lot of folks recommend the Hull Heavy Flamer here, but I like the Heavy Bolter, myself. Use what fits your style, just throwing out that option for you to consider.

Leman Russ Squadron
+ - Leman Russ Demolisher
- Heavy bolter
- - - > 165 Points

See above.

Leman Russ Squadron
+ - Leman Russ Demolisher
- Heavy bolter
- - - > 165 Points

You might consider going for a Demolisher/Plascutioner combo, but YMMV. What I think you lack is ranged firepower, which I remedy at 1500pt with a pair of Vendettas. They are also useful for drawing a lot of firepower away from the advancing Chimeras.

Sorry about that I have been busy recently.

How about 2 Hellhounds instead of Vedettas?

HQ: A Lord Commissar for certain reasons but he does not contribute much to your list. A Command Squad will probably help you out better.

Elites: I'd drop the plasmas and go to meltas.

Troop: O' wow like I have not seen this before!

Heavy Support: fine

- Hellhounds can help you out in this list. Cause you really do not need any more tank killing.

well you need soemthing long frange and can kill tanks. because the tanks provide enough anti-horde as it is. HWS with lascannons?
thanks

No. Vendettas give you long-range anti-tank. This means you can attempt to pop transports and high AV targets before you get your Vets down field. This means high priority targets may be less mobile, giving you a tactical benefit.

Static elements in a mobile army are a waste of potential. With cover what it is, Vendettas generally never lack for a target and are twin-linked, meaning an increased chance of hitting. Instead of needing lanes of fire, you can just sit up above terrain and snipe, while also having the chance to use them to move stranded Veteran squads, too.

Vendettas > Hellhounds
