Now this leaves me a little bit of room. I have narrowed down my choices to either another vendetta or making room for a pysker battle squad in a chimera. Which should I select, and any other tweaks to be made to my army?

Also, out of 10 (1 being not competitive at all, 10 being as competitive as possible) how competitive is my list?

I give it a 6 for competitiveness...would be 8, except most opponents will expect to face such a list.

Go with the psyker squad for several reasons. One, their template is pretty good against hordes; random AP isn't a big issue there. Two, their leadership debuff keeps your Vets alive by scaring away opponents who might be charging next turn. And three, if (when) the Vendetta goes down then that Vet squad can commandeer their transport.

Bring a Fleet Officer if you can find the points. Messing with enemy deployment is always worth an effort.

And lastly, I'd give the Vendetta Vets either the demolitions doctrine or flamers instead of the meltaguns. Both would give them a better ability to counter deepstrikers going for the LRBT and are more likely to cause enough wounds for a PBS-weakened leadership test. I know flamers are a waste of their BS but lots of outflankers are vulnerable to them.

Looks fine. Put hull lascanon on the demolisher. It should never get close enough to use a flamer as you are just krak grenade fodder on the following turn. Start reversing as the enemy get within 18". Then I would take 2xAC sentinels and HB sponsons on the skimmer.
