What is everyone's Favourite Line squad heavy+special weapon combo.?

I prefer the Plasma Gun with a Heavy Bolter.

Occasionally a Plasma Gun with an Autocannon.

My favorite is a Missle Launcher with Plasma Gun combo. This is a great all purpose and not too expensive squad, good at taking out tanks as well as high armour save troops.8Y

Plasma Guns have range, high strength and best of all AP! Who would ever use a Flamer in a line squad???

Second would be the Heavy Bolter, PG combo.

The AP of the ML is more important to me than the 2 shots of the Autocannon.

I favour Heavy Bolter with a dash of Plasma Gun.
Some times it may be a waste to have a plasmagun, as it is not always complement the heavy bolter.

I use the good old Grenade Launacher - Autocannon sack attack. Works most of the time.

Plasma gun and missile launcher. Can knock out tanks and transports and various infantry/monstrous creatures. Sometimes an autocannon instead for the 2 shots.

I personaly prefer flammer and heavy bolter or flammer and autocannon. I know it may sound dumb but it works fairly well for me i have yet to have my flammers not make their points back. Though alor of my enemies just rush with hordes and and dont spread out much. I have even downed a few marines with them.

Just my thoughts.

And the best thing - costs the same as a single lascannon, whilst being much better in my opinion!

I really feel this is the best combination for all round killingness.

I ususally use a grenade launcher / missle launcher combo as I find using two blast templates against horde armies work and the grenade launcher gives you that little bit extra when shooting at lighter vehicles like transports.

Oh well my thoughts.
