Father's Day: Just For The Record

My wife could have got me a bottle of cologne that I would never use, or a watch and necktie I would never wear. Bt instead she went down to my locla gaming shop and bought me an Imperial Guard Cadian box set and a wide array of Citadel Colors...the new kind. To this I only have one thing to say.

    Awesome...awesome to the max.

Hats off to you for picking a so fine wife.
I don't use Vendettas or Valks...if Guardsmen were meant to fly, the Emperor would have given them wings. (343rd Mordian)

Hmm. Maybe I should rethink my "no girls" policy.

I'm not sure they're worth the investment. I've been investing money into mine for years and even though it's now matured I'm getting no worthwhile return...

Why would she give you something you don't like, and why would she not give you something you do like? Seriously, was this a rare occasion? You're married to her, yet she could have given you something totally different instead of making you happy with something for your hobby?

    Weird... weird to the max.

clearly you dont undertand how this works,
men have to buy lovely things for their lady and spend lots of money on them,
women will buy things they like for their men, such as the aftershave that they like their man to wear no matter how much he hates it.
