Missile launchers for me. They are good all rounders. Autocannons look fine on paper, but they are really only good when deployed in numbers. Like in Fire Support squads, or Havocs(chaos), somethimes also on Sentinels, but apart from that they suck. For infantry heavy bolter if way better, for tanks missile launcher, or lascannon should be your choise. They look like a good support weapon against anything but in fact they are not good at anything.

IMO an infantry squad should not be shooting at tanks, it is better to give them a HB and fire them at GEQ (or just any infantry if there are no GEQ) to utilize your lasguns. My tank hunting is done by 2 squads of 3 lascannons, 1 squad of 3 autocannons (both with light infantry and cameleoline) and a squad of Rough Riders with melta bombs (quite deadly, they can charge anywhere from 19 to 24 inchs and deliver 10 auto hits on a non moving tank).
