Name's Paul, live in Sydney Australia and have been in the hobby for about a year.
Started out buying Battle for Macragge for my son, and the whole family (me, wife, sons aged 11 and 6) are now involved.
~4500 pts Ultramarines (1st, 2nd & 6th companies)
~1500 pts Necrons (no affiliation)
~1000 pts Orks (unpainted, probably going to be Evil Sunz Kult of Speed)
~ 750 pts Tau (unpainted, thinking of going Ninja-style)
~ 200 pts Tyranids (unpainted, somthing for later)
Oh, the weird name is a reference to my other (now relegated to second place) hobby, cichlids. They're tropical fish and many genera have the "-ochromis" suffix.
Nice job on your armies. Welcome to the forums. I'd invite you to take a look around, but you sound like you know your way. Hope that now you've signed up you can help us grow by contributing.
Hello there Paulochromis,
Another fish enthusiast eh? I can't say I've had much experience with cichlids. I raised one named Oscar for a couple of months, then gave him to a friend who was in need of a fish (you know how that need can creep up on you :p ). I primarily stick with fancy goldfish (ranchus, orandas, ryukins, black moors, etc). Although, in this day in age, when so many people are switching to salt water tanks, it's nice to see a fellow fresh water hobbyist.
