Hi! My name is Jim, im 23 years old and im living in sweden! =)
Ive been on this forum a few years back and forth, but now im back to stay!
History how i started to play board games.
It all started with the roleplaying game Mutant and Chronicles at the age of 12, i thought that was really fun and i heard about the game Warzone, i started plaing that and i played Mishima. And i played that for like seven years.
In that time i also started to play chronopia as Blackblood. Really nice fantasy boardgame (easy rules).
After i guess two more years i started to play Warhammer Fantasy, (as Chaos Khorne!) Loved the game at start, but then i started to see abuse of rules and stuffs.. So i got bored of that.
I found a friends friend that played 40K and i tried that out, was really fun! Instant action, cool models!
And i started playing it, and here i am now..
A deadly Tau and Dark Angels player!
Hi there Padea! Tau and Blood Angels! Wow, one of the newest, and one of the earliest 40K armies I'm so glad you enjoy 40K, and am sorry to hear that people made Fantasy not fun for you. May your gaming and hobbying bring you much joy, today, and every day, and for years to come!
welcome aboard. This hobby is wide open to everyone. I was an old, I mean old wargame player but that hobby is dying out. Searching around for opponents for that I came across this hobby. Went and visited a store on a Saturday and was immediately hooked.
