Hello! My name is Gavin. I live in the U.S. I've been playing Warhammer Fantasy since I was about eight and I've started 40k a couple years after that.

I haven't really played many games of either Fantasy nor 40k...one reason is I can't stop buying stuff for armies that I don't have...

Well I have an Ork army(finnally after all these years) and I'm starting a Black Templar army so....I really don't have that much experience under my belt so I'm open to learning how to play with both Ork and BT.

Welcome to LO, Gavin! Be sure to check out our forum rules, which you can find linked in my signature. Orks are a pretty sweet army; I'm a Raven Guard player, myself, but I also know a bit about Black Templars (who are also relatively nifty). I understand exactly what you mean about being in the hobby for so long, but never really playing much... I used to have huge issues with settling on an army, and I still have yet to complete my first (though, I'm working on it!).

If you have any questions about the forums or either army, don't hesitate to ask! We're here to help, after all.

Hi Gavin, and welcome to LO. I play Imperial Guard, but Orks and Black Templars are pretty cool. I never truely complete an army. I've been playing for six years, and I'm still adding to my Guard. Anyway, good luck with your armies, and I hope to see you in the forums! Theres some great stuff here, and plenty of people to give you advice and help on learning to play.
