The title says it all.
Fair enough. Its called an Avatar, and you can add it, or change it through My Controls at the top of the page.
Find a picture you like (or choose one of the limited range available) there are size and format limitions which you will see when you investigate Avatar Options:
"Your avatar must be no bigger than 96 pixels by 96 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 5 KB.
The following file types are allowed: gif, jpeg, jpg, swf, png"
Some guys (like myself) have moving images, which are animated gifs. Most peeps use simple jpgs. Obviously don't steal someone elses Avatar image and if you notice that you have chosen an image that someone else uses already, then have the decency to change yours and choose another one, as people tend to recognise other regular posters by these images.
Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?
