I started gaming in probably 1998 until 2004 when I stopped playing and painting for various unknown reasons.
I started painting again in June of this year, entering and winning the Edinburgh "Brotherhood of the Brush" competition where we had to paint the beautifully deadly Deathmaster Snikch (which I have attached a picture of). I have also attached my latest piece for you all to see. All constructive comments etc saught after.
My aim is to hopefully build my skills up to a standard high enough for entering Golden Deamon one year and getting somewhere, even if not a Deamon but to get a pin!
I look forward to joining you all in forum debauchery lol.
The below model needs a few touch ups, mostly where the varnish has gone a tad white (grrrrr) and the plinth is only had 2 coats of black and has picked up some stray static grass (grrrrr).
Hey, Muse2k8! Welcome to Librarium Online!
Good to see another aspiring Golden Daemon painter - we have our share of great painters here, who will only be too happy to give advice, I'm sure. Seems like you shouldn't need a great deal, though, you already seem fairly accomplished with a brush!
I hope you enjoy your time here - hopefully I'll see you around the boards sometime.
Hopefully Ill be there next year, if for the experience more than anything :p
