Just a quick introduction.
One middle aged veteran gamer who can be found lurking around the Midlands.
Warhammer Armies consist of Beasts of Chaos (Slaanesh) and Vampire Counts (Necrach) both upto 2000 pts.
Mustering in the stars are Tyranids, Dark Eldar, Death Guard, Imperial Gaurd and Speed Freaks. All in the 1500 points area except the Freaks (new recruits!)
Familiar with some older games as well, Blood Bowl, Space Marine and even an original Space Crusade box sits under the desk
Happy to play whoever and whenever we can. Due to location usually able to do battle at Nottingham, Derby or Burton or at events at GW HQ.
Best accomplishment to date was acheiving Best army for the Dark Eldar "Midlands Conflict 2005".
Input on LO is absolutley invaluable and big thanks to those that I have been inspired from in ideas, tactics, lists etc and we hope that I can contribute something back!
Keep doing your stuff people
Welcome, man. It sounds like you were lurking out in the shadows for a while, so welcome to the light!

Welcome aboard. I'm marines (own chapter), nids, a few eldar and some orks I keep meaning to turn into freeks. Always nice to see older players/painters. And I like the box. Taste our pleasures!
Thanks there if we could collect a Hellraiser Cenobite force then we would, though the idea of getting pins in my fingers when moving the models wasn't too appealing
Hi ArchonJohn and welcome to LO, Please remember to read the rules that can be found at the top of the page. Ahh Space Crusade i remember it fondly as it was the game that got me sarted on Games Workshop.
There must be a way of doing a cenobite force: I used to have a cenobite blood bowl team (dark elves). I'd suggest the grotesques used as chaos marines. Tricky one!
