Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hello all My name is Erron, but you'll most often see me under my gamertag, Longfangs. As you've no doubt noticed, this is very similar to the Long Fangs Space Wolves heavy support infantry. This is ironic, as I originally (way before I heard about the Space Wolves) came up with the name to go along with my play style, that of a wolf (or other such animal) on the hunt. I hope to replicate that with my Space Wolves army, though I do not see how that can work with the "omnipresence" of the players.
I've been interested in playing WH40K for a long time, but haven't had the funds to spend on anything until recently. I had originally planned on getting a Tau army, mostly because people said it sucked (I don't see how that is considering the amount of firepower they had, but then I never had opportunities to see how they worked in practical applications, so yeah.) This was before the updated codex, and now apparently they're the most popular army to play (according to my local games shop). This immediately turned me off to them, I like playing unique and possibly difficult to use armies, rather than showing up to a games night and seeing 5 other armies like my own.
So I looked into the Space Wolves.....and fell in love with them. Norse Mythology, one of the hardest groups to kill (space marines ftw!) and a unique and somewhat difficult play-style; it was everything I wanted. This brought me to the Librarium, a repository of knowledge and a place to get advice, and perhaps to give some as well.
Thank you *bows generously*
I see the animal, the beast that is mankind whenever I look in the mirror. It saddens me greatly to see how far we have fallen...
Deserve Victory, my friends, for we stand as the last in line.
When all else fails, hit it with a hammer.
