Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hi, pleased to be here. Thought I'd take the time to introduce myself. My name's Matt, screen name jondalar (from the earth's children series of books), been painting for 15yrs, mostly GW but just started collecting miniatures from other producers, namely Rackham and Hasslefree. Enjoying the change from Space Marines and Imperial guard. I haven't played a game for about.......um.....10yrs now, got fed up with beardy players! Only collect to paint, which I'm only really just getting better at. Discovering different forums and coolminiornot has made me push the envelope alot, encouraging me to try new techniques such as NMM and basing properly (have always done the "paint base goblin green, add flock, it'll do" approach!). Examples of my work can be found here...... jondalar_minis - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
More images are being added weekly (sometimes daily!) so feel free to browse album/sub-albums. Any comments/feedback gratefully received.
Hey mate, welcome to LO!
Good to have another veteran gamer added to the ranks, you should be able to lend you sage wisdom to other members of the forum. Have a read of the rules (found here) and the get posting. Everyone on LO is friendly and mature so you should fit right in.
Great paint jobs on the miniatures by the way. Rackham does some really great minis and you have painted them well. There are a couple of painting competitions going on here at the moment, so be sure to check the painting fourm (and my sig) and see if you want to enter them.
Hope you have a good time on the site buddy. If you ever need any help or something explained then feel free to give me a shout and I'll help you if I can. I look forward to seeing you on the forums.
