hello all... I play 40k for about 2 years now... just started a IG army... can't wait to get it painted
Hey mate, welcome to LO!
Please have a quick read through of the forum rules (click the "rules" link in the blue bar at the top of the screen) so you know where you stand. Afterwards get straight on to posting. As you are collecting a guard army, the Imperial Guard army forums will be a great place to start - go there and discuss your regiment with like minded people. Everyone on LO is friendly and helpful, so you should fit right in.
May I ask what regiment of guard you collect? Is it one you have made up yourself or a pre-exising one?
I look forward to seeing your contribution to the forum mate! I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do - bordering on addiction. If you need any help or have a question then drop me a private message and I'll lend a hand.
Hey thanks, I'm starting the 110th Cadian.... I'm going to try and read up a little more about that unit and see there history... This is my first guard army cant wait to try them out.. I wish i could post pics so I could show off my paint job and get some painting tips...
Any particular reason you cannot post pics? Do you not know how to, or is lack of a camera that hinders picture postage?
Hi, welcome to LO. I recently painted a small IG force and as much as i enjoyed it im glad its over! but stick with it, the IG are a very rewarding army to paint when you see them all arrayed- and fun to play with too (just dont get into CC!)
