im new to warhammer and was thinking of starting with high elves but im open to ideas....any thoughts?
Well, if you like , start high elves. But be warned, there a tough army to use - i wouldent reccomend them as a 1st army. But like i said do them if you want, if your a clever person you'll be ok
A Promise to a dead man means nothing.
People said vampire counts weer a hard army to start with to me but the best way to learn is to jump right in. Try to make some friends that play and learn the game through the game, reading the rule book when you get to something you dont know, if you play someone that knows the rules im sure they will help you alot. Oh, and expect to lose at alot to begin with, dont let it knock down your confidence in a year or less you will be able to beat or draw with most of the people thathave beaten you.
The poster formaly known as VampireSoul, formaly known as OrkSlugga now known as Orkslugga.
thanx guys...any ideas for a starting army? i was hoping to have on either 1,500 or 2,000. i see a lot of all cavalry and heavy magic armies. is there a way to mix them without being completely one or the other?
