The bad news is that you're screwed anyway. You're on a ship with very little defence with both Papa Nurgle and the 'nids against you.

the good news is that the Nids view Papa Nurgle as a bigger threat and are distracted with fighting him, giving you enough time to pack your bags, making sure not to forget your cuddly toy space llama and get on the nearest escape pod
If He is For me, Who shall stand against me

The bad news is that the escape pod has nowhere to escape to. All the planets in this system and its neighbours are gas planets.

The good news is just as you are getting disheartened a habitable moon comes into view in range and you set off for it.

The bad news is the hadbitable moon has no inhabitants or any form of technology so you have to choose between dying in space or becoming a hermit on some strange moon
If He is For me, Who shall stand against me

The good news is the habitable moon explodes suddenly, saving you the effort of having to make a decision (ok, well its not exactly brilliant news but hey...life's hard then you die...)

The bad news is the exploding moon has damaged your escape pod, you only have enough air for sixteen hours !
Jager bombs. Very efficient at wiping out friend or foe.

The good news is a space craft spots you and immediately engages your pod in a tractor beam.
W/D/L Rumpin' BackThumpa's WAAAGH, 38/3/21

The bad news is the spacecraft is not friendly.
