    ```````````````` Kroot Carnivore Squad - 9 + Shaper
    ```````````````` Kroot Hounds - 20
    ```````````````` Shaper - (Not sure what to give them)
    Just a few...
    You need a master shaper. He's a 1-1 choice and you can't have a kroot merc force without one.
    I agree on your views of kroot elites. Some might disagree, but I think they're rubbish as well.
    I would maybe make the carnivore squads a little smaller, but that's personal opinion. I like to keep the carns small so they can hide better and spread their fire a little bit.
    Most people arm their shapers with eviscerators. It's arguably the best tank hunting weapons we have.
    If you give the shaper council wings, arm them with meltas and tank hunt. They'll draw a lot of fire, but you can do some damage if you play it smart.
    Hmm...trackers. You either love them or you hate them. Hunters are snipers too and they are very cheap...besides ratlings I'd say they were the best snipers in the game. I'd rather get those, but if you did the tracker models, who am I to tell you different?
    That's my two cents. Happy hunting!
    Yeah, i was going to probably go with Meltas and Wings for my Council anyway.
    But my main problem is im not sure what to give the rest of my Shapers, the ones in my Carnivore Squads im not really doing much to them, since ive decided to keep them like the rest of my Carnvivores.
    But the Master, i never posted him since i havnt got the foggiest idea what i want him to do yet, so im unsure what to give him.
    Ive gone for numbers in my Troops since i want them to go at the enemy in bulk, with fleet, hoping to overwhelm. I tried smaller, i liked the idea of smaller since im usually against bulk. But it didnt work out so well, so ive decided max out the troop and see how it goes.
    As for my Trackers i like them tbh, but i only want one squad, plus im not to keen on vultures tbh, dont really think there that spectacular. So im might uses my third fast attack for a smaller hound pack what do you think?
    Yeah im probably going to put Hunters in there, since im not using Krootox, plain and simple, and i have my doubts about those Punji Trap things.
    Do any of you think its worth buying the Imperial Armour Book: Taros Campaign, for a Merc Army, the only peice to my knowledge it would allow me to use is aGreat Knarloc, which i will admit is tempting, but i dont want to blow £55 on something which could be totlaly useless.
    I think the taros campaign book is worth consideration, though I didn't *cough* purchase mine...
    Great Knarloc's are a great addition as long as you don't get too excited and treat them like an IG tank... they're not. Just like every unit of the kroot army, you need to be cautious and smart with them. Not to mention the models are sick...
    I'm not too keen on vultures either, but I can recognize their usefullness. I use them occasionally..
    Why not put the master shaper in the hound pack? He's good at mixing it up in melee as long as he's got buddies to do it with. Slap him with an eviscerator and you can have a pack with 20 hounts, two eviscerators and 10 kroot...pretty awesome.
