I'm no expert, but I assume you've got your shapers with eviserators to take advantage of the kroot WS and to pop tanks?

Well overall a rather good list.

But I'll add some hunters they are more than worth their point cost

And a master shaper nearly must have "mark of the favored child"

If you want a fast army then you should use either "surefoot charm" or "blood of the stalker" then you can actually make a first round charge and combined with the "kroothawk totem" you will most often have turn round and charge your opponents before they get a change to move
