    Having trouble with timeouts.

So I know my connection is good, I've just checked all the wires and my modem/cable, LO seems to be blanking out -- or forgetting the fact that I'm logged in...Anybody else having trouble with this?

Firefox has a problem with this, you can log in infinitely and it will always keep asking. i get around by just using IE.

FF is fine with me. The only times it never works for me is when I use the school internet, and don't tell the computer to remember me.

I've never had this problem with Firefox, not on my home computer anyway. While using IE at work or other places, though, it won't count me as logged in once I log in, until I refresh the page 1-2 times, and then it asks me to log in again every time I come back.

Doesn't happen on my regular computer though, so you could always check if cookies are enabled etc.?

Yeah, I'd clear the cookies and temp cache and try that.

If you have a problem with this just clear your cookies for LO, then restart the browser (closing all windows) then it should work. Its a cookie issue.

Heh, blackie said it pretty well. I refuse to switch to IE....Mostly due to microsofts large monopoly on pretty much everything. However, its kinda a pain when using public computers (such as internet cafes). Is there a way I can get around this while using a public computer such as at work??

When you are in public places. First click no when it asks if you wanna save your password, then after you are finished browsing the most awesome place on the internet, click Logout

    Then your safe!
