Why is it so that we cannot even read what got dumped there? Say, if I post something and it gets missing, how can I be sure that it was trashed by a moderator or simply lost in a server hiccup?
Oh, and being able to check out what's there can sometimes be not only fun but also a good reminder to behave correctly...
Most of the posts in the trashcan are not vaguely amusing and are just questions that are asked all the time and are extrememly boring such as: I WANT NEW ARMY WHICH ONE IS BEST. I doubt you would find hundreds of these posts amusing. That is the reason why mods and admins can look at it.how can I be sure that it was trashed by a moderator or simply lost in a server hiccup?
The rules are usually the best place to learn how to behave.
I know most of them are annoying, or very censored, but some are actually funny. I used to go there every-so-often just to get a laugh (the same laugh we all get when watching Jerry Springer!! I'll miss being LO's Oscar the Grouch!!!
What for example when I have recently got kind of nervous for BobaHat not replying to my PM's when I was trying to apply for helping with the campaign fluff? I have posted a thread to contact him and the next day it went missing...The rules are usually the best place to learn how to behave.
You dont contact other members through the board Horseman, if he's inbox is full you will get a message telling you that, if he don't answer its because he dont wanna or is waiting until later
Threads going missing is generally known as being deleted.I have posted a thread to contact him and the next day it went missing...
Well, I tried to contact him in about thrice, in 2 week intervals, and wrote that if he ignores me on purpose, I won't be annoyed if he tell me that.
Sometimes a person willing to help can get really *****ed off because of getting ignored... I don't think I'll ever offer any help to anybody at LO because of this.
Thats a really stupid attitude (N)Originally posted by the_fifth_horseman@Sep 16 2004, 11:32
