How do you change the text under your Username?

I have seen users with what seem like custom 'motto' type text below their username, I was wondering how you edited that. Thanks for any replies =)

Right now the forum is setup to give that perk to Supporting members (http://www.librarium-online.com/forums/payments.php) and Veteran members (User Information). Sorry ;(

Ok, I'm a veteran member, how do I change the text? I'm curious.

Settings -> Edit Profile -> Custom User Title

Then type whatever you want (within reason, and within the character limit I would imagine!) in there, and save your changes!
