Hi,
How do you make a link smaller?

Look at the link in my sig down there, i have seen some people make links and all its says is "here"

How do you make a link go from

Easy.

It's all about the url-tags. An url-tag looks like this: [url(don't write anything after url!)]*[/url] where the * is should the link be. Now it would just became a normal www.whatever.whatever-link if you wrote it like that and if you want to make it short or replace it with a text you write like this:
[url = *full link here* ]Write something here[/url]

Example.

Instead of writing www.librarium-online.com you might want to make it shorter and more inviting in your post.

By using the url-tags we can do this.

*- The dot is there so that you can actualy see what I mean. don't enter it when you do your own links.

Note: All extra dots, stars, spaces and text made in the url-tags is there so I can show the example. Remove them otherwise.

Also.. when you click the URL/Hyperlink button when you're typing (the little glove with the chain on it), it will prompt you for the address. You put in the link itself, and it'll put in the code for you.

From that, if you do not touch anything, you can then start typing what you want it to appear as in the tags. Once you start typing, you will see what I mean. When you make the link like that, the stuff that you type in to make it appear as what you want is automatically highlighted, so you just start typing to edit it.
