is it allowed to have posts regarding drop pod construction, or is it a banned topic?
That is not dead which may eternal lie,
for in strange aeons even death may die.
I cant see any harm in people making a drop pod from scratch nor providing a tutorial on how to do it.
If they have a problem with it I'm sure they will let us know
If you are talking about the official templates that were released on the french GW site, then they are not allowed, but others should be allowed like this one

I agree. But why would it be against the rules to show how to make a drop pod? That's my question

Its not against any rules making your own drop pods, but reproducing the original gw paintings of a drop pod is not allowed.
I'd like to see if I can clarify on this. We're saying the following is ok:
It would be ok to post pics, tutorial, whatever on making a drop pod NOT designed by GW. Say like, a bit on how to hinge the the Miniature scenery "troop lander", or posting home-made templates for a personally designed drop-pod.
We couldn't post something like the templates designed by the French GW about how to make a forgeworld-esque drop pod.
So we're only nit-picky about the look of it not the function?
Is that about right?
Well, golly gee whiz!
Sounds like I've got another reason to finish up a few pod templates now.
