    [2000pts] friendly Fast Moving Lizzy

    My overall Idea for this army is to create abit of a fast moving Lizardmen army, that can be heads up with the enemy in my own turn 2 ( with a bit of luck ).

    Characters:

    Saurus Lord on Coldone
    Spawnings: itzl,sotek,tepok
    Lightarmour,shield
    Aura of Quetzl.
    Scimitar of the sun replesdent.

    Total Points Value:313 pts.

    Saurus Scar-veteran (JSoD)
    Spawnings: Quetzl,Sotek
    Lightarmour,Greatweapon
    Charm of the Jaguar Warrior
    Glyph Necklace.

    Total Point Value: 176 pts.

    Skink Priest (lvl1)
    2x Dispel Scrolls.

    Total Points Value: 115 pts.

    Core Units:

    10x Skink Skirmishers w/ Blowpipes Total Points Value: 60 pts.
    10X Skink Skirmishers w/ Blowpipes Total Points Value: 60 pts.
    15X Skink Skirmishers w/ Blowpipes Total Points Value: 90 pts.
    15X Skink Skirmishers w/ blowpipes Total Points Value: 90 pts.
    12x Skink Scouts w/ blowpipes Total Points Value: 84 pts.

    Special Units.

    7 Saurus Cavalry /w Full Command group
    Sun standard of Chotec.

    Total Points Value: 335 pts.

    5 Saurus Cavalry Total Points Value 175 pts.

    4 Kroxigors Total Points Value 232 pts.

    Rare Units:

    2x Salamander Hunting pack Total Points Value: 130 pts.

    2x Salamander Hunting pack Total Points Value: 130 pts.

    Total Points Value for the whole army 2000 pts.

    The idea is ofcourse to use all the skinks as screens, for the other hard hitting units in the army, for a turn or 2.
    Hopefully it will divert some fire on to those, thus making my hard hitters get into cc with no lossers or almost no loss.

    I imagine i can shave of some points here and there and i will when i get around to by me some terradons sometime this month

    Comments greatly needed as im gonna use this army setup as a base for my 2250 points tourney army

    I believe the glyph necklace is surplus to requirement on the JSoD, in fact I wouldn't even bother giving him quetzl. For me his job is to smash stuff up, I don't really worry if he stays alive or not, think of him as a kamikaze unit ^_^

    You could conglomerate the 2 units of salamanders into one unit of 3, and drop a unit of skinks.

    These changes would give you enough points for an entire new unit of Sauruc cav.
