20 Temple guard
Basically i have one main block. The temple guard will not be going anywhere, ld.9 unbreakable cause terror -1 to hit from shooting or -2 if i'm within 12, and i charge an extra d6". The saraus warriors protect the flank nad skinks run up the field, slann cast magic. The temple guard have a bit more than 1200pts invested in them. All comments and criticism is greatly appreciated.

haha k. Its a solid list. Im not a big fan of chakx or whatever.
chakkax is there for the unbreakable to the unit, reveals everything within 20" and well causes he's good in combat. his main downside is the amount of points he costs
I'd forget the terror on the slann, and also as long as you don't use the Plaque of Tepok on a skink priest, I'd use the PoT instead of the full lore (+1 spell for 15 points or +2 spells for 50). Thus you can regain 85 points, which I'd use for the skink to gain 1 level, and also change one scroll to a diadem, IMHO it works better most of the time. I also don't like the huanchi banner, I'd use the War Drum instead of it, a major problem for the army is that it can easily be march blocked with just one flyer unit or fastcav. But really my biggest issue is that I miss an EotG from the army. IMHO even one Engine can greatly boost the slann's casting abilities, and also give you +1 casting and dispel dice, apart the other abilities.
My biggest concern is that you lack units. A 2k army consisting of only 4 units, half of which are weak skirmishers, would cause me a great concern. One good spell gets off on your saurus or temple guard, or a good round of shooting from dwarves or skaven, and you could be looking at a very empty side of the board.
I agree with Jvic in that I would drop the terror and full lore from the slann and get the plaque of tepok. I would also scrap the banners, the magic weapon on the temple guard champ, and probably drop about 4 of the temple guard. Don't upgrade the blowpipes to javelins to save a few more points. If you really want javelins, just leave the unit in ranks and save even more points. That should give you enough points to pick up something else useful.
I like Chakax as well, but at his points cost, I think you need to be using minimum 2250 army lists. Preferably 3k lists would be more comfortable. But he can be fun.
