"The casualties were in the order of ten to one in favour of the Dwarfs. Good, the fight was going unexpectedly well"
Good old Skaven
I believe that your Slann is too many points. I like fielding a Slann that is right around 400 points. I would drop the curse-charm of tepok, as well as soul of stone. Unfathomable presence can be swapped out with the Becalming Cognitation if you want.
The Skink Priest is on an Engine of the Gods right?
I honestly don't like any of the Lizardmen special characters. I think that they are over pointed for what they do. You could easily take away Tetto'eko and put in 2 other cheap characters and be just as effective.
Rank and file skinks should never exceed 10, and shouldnt have any comman. They are meant to be cheap and hold table quarters.
The Temple guard is kind of bulky and is a huge point sink. I normally field a group of 16.
If you make the above changes, that gives you a little more than 200 points to play with. I would drop musicians from both the Temple Guard and Saurus Calvary, and drop 1 skink from the group of 11 skink skirmishers.
And add a group of 5 Terradons and a Salamander with an extra Handler. This will give you a unit of War Machines hunters and some range support that automatically causes panic.
