Here is my take on a carno list. Let me know what you think.
Oldblood: Light Armour, Spear
Magic: Enchanted Shield, Glyph Necklace, Venom of the Firefly Frog
Skink Priest: Level 2
Mount: Engine of the Gods
Magic: Wardrums of Xahutec
Skink Priest: Level 1
Magic: Dispel Scroll x2
Scar-Vet: Light Armour, Shield
Mount: Cold One
Magic: Carnosaur Pendant, Sword of Striking
Saurus Warriors-18: Spears
Saurus Cavalry-5: w/champ
Salamander Hunting Pack-1: w/extra handler
I think this is a very mobile list, with some hard hitters.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
Very nice list overall, though i have a few questions about it
1) arent you worried that the carny pendant is gonna pull ur scar-vet into combats that u might not want him in? CB + LD 8 should help avoid most psych tests and a sword of battle or scim of sun would give the +A.... and if you could, maybe throw a BSB on him, if your really worried about psych tests (panic at least)
2) w everything being so mobile, i would worry the Saurus Warriors are gonna be left behind, everything else is gonna march 12+ while the SW are only 8....... i kno its not quite as good, but if you dropped the SW u could beef up the skink cohort units with members and Krox, making them more hitty and still keepin mobility...... they definitely wont be as a good as the SW but will keep up w everything else
3) this is more of a tactics questions, but how have u found the Cham Skinks? they r quite a lot of points (another terradon unit). do you find them as useful as their point equivalents?
