My opponent will be a Beastmen player running a Doombull list, with plenty of frenzied units and several hound packs.
Battle Standard Bearer
x19 Saurus Warriors
x18 Saurus Warriors
x24 Sink Cohort
x3 Kroxigor in unit
x11 skink skirmishers
x12 skink skirmishers
The plan is to put the BSB in with the 19 saurus unit and have both saurus units in the center. The cohort will cover one flank and the stegadon the other, with the skirmishers and the razordons out in front. My goal is to shoot up the minotaurs with skinks and razordons and then flee as a charge reaction (the minotaurs are frenzied) and then counter charge with the saurus and then hammer his flanks with the steg and krox unit. The oldblood will deal out death as needed, I'm not sure where to put him during beginning deployment so that he can be most effective. I forsee the hounds harassing my skink units, and I'm not sure how to deal with this, but I think the razordons will keep them at bay long enough for a few minotaurs to buy it. Any help with the list and strategies would be greatly appreciated.
i assume he's going khorne with frenzied units? if so then maybe a wizard isnt needed, but a lowly lv1 with diadem might be called for as a little bit of insurance. also cold one cav would be perfect. faster than minotaurs and a perfect unit for the Carno to sit in
