Slann mage priest
focus of mystery
hide of the cold ones
saurus warriors X17
16 temple guard
huanchi's blessed totem
One thing I was thinking about is changing the kroxigors for 6 cavalry, as they tend to be slightly better on paper, and switch the chams for 10 skinks.
But I need some kind of annoyance and marchblocking the enemy so thats why I'm sticking with krox and chams atm.

Looks like a fairly solid list. There are a couple of things I would change. First off, I would give the wardrums to the priest, and give his scrolls to the slann. You want the faster engine to be able to move around, not the block troops. And you shouldn't be in too much of a hurry to get the slann's unit into combat.
In that same vein, I would drop the magic banner from the temple guard. If you want a magic banner, get the points for either the plaque of dominion, or the sun standard of chotec.
Your option of changing up the krox/chams for cavalry/skinks is a good one, though both setups have benefits. Try both and see which you like better.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
Thanks for the reply.
In my eyes temple guard are one of the best anvil units in the game. If they can always march and even surprise an enemy with the banner, something expensive or important will get stuck, waiting for the saurus or krox to flank.
Combined with movement spells (lore of shadow for example) it will end up extremely fast in enemy battle lines.
The engine on the other hand, doesn't really need it. When tiny, small units of skirmishers or flyers try to marchblock it, the engine can just wipe those away in a single turn. Also I'm planning to move it over a flank also using movement spells to get it in position.
Ofcourse this is all done in my head and I haven't tryed it out on the table yet, but I'll let you know how it went.
