You should give the units of Saurus full command. Further it does look all right.

A standard for the 1 extra CR, a musician to win in a draw and to help with rallying and a champion for 1 extra attack to challenges/protection of characters from challenges.
Full command is for me standard in any big block of Saurus (and for most people in any big block of infantry).

I think you went overboard with those 2 skink priest with scroll, trade 1 for the a JSoD, with BSoTepok, and he should do fine.

Did you think making it a scar vet with jaguar charm and Blade of the Revered Tzunki? And the place him in the saurus regiment?

My oldblood allready has the jaguar charm... hmmm what to do, what to do.

No, just take a Scar-vet with a great weapon and the Spawning of Tepok. That's enough. Set him in a unit of Saurus.

And 2 Priests with 2 scrolls each are 230 pts, not 210 pts. 115 each.

Oh you've got points left... Let's see...
Give the Oldblood the Scimitar of the Sun Resplendant and the Maiming Shield. Pump him up to a maximum number of attacks. And his save will increase too.
For the Scar-vet I advise sth like the Blade of the Hornet. His unit will become a killer one. Or maybe the Battle Standard. If you keep the 2 Saurus blocks close to each other, you'll have an almost invincible anchor.
The Blade of the Revered Tzunki isn't worth it IMO, as the Saurus characters are, they negate the armour of almost every infantry unit. And with a great weapon or sth else that gives extra Strength he'll leavy almost nothing of heavy cavalry saves too. For a much cheaper cost than the Blade of Tzunki.
Then you'll probably have enough points left to take a 4th Kroxigor.
And if you still have some holes, fill them with extra Skinks.

    A few things.

It's a matter of personal preference. But general conclusions are that non-scouting Skinks perform much better with javelins than with blowpipes. For the reasons why, search the Lizzie forum. There have been multiple discussions about the matter.

Drop the Priest back to Lvl1. He's just a scroll caddie. He's not there to cast much. And drop the Skink Brave. He has no use at all. With the points you free up, you can give the Scar-vet shields and the 2nd Saurus unit full command.
The Scar-vet might not be able to use the shields in combat, but against shooting they still work. For a meager 2 pts.
A block of Saurus does need a standard, for the 1 extra CR. And a musician for if you still make a draw.

And personally I don't like the Skink Chief. The only uses for him I've heard of are:
    - A sort of bolt thrower with the Staff of the Lost Sun.
    - A kamikaze Skink with the Flying mantle and the Dagger of Sotek. Throw him at big nasties like Giants and hope his makes Killing Blow the first turn, or he's probably a dead Skink.
If you really like your Chief, keep him. But I think you'd be better of with an extra Kroxigor or an extra unit of scouting Skinks.

Hmm I'll read some posts about the difference between javelins and blowpipes after the battle tonight! :p
But blowpipes fires twice and 12 " range, that's better than 1 shot with a javelin and has 8" range!

I was thinking about drop the 3 terradons and make my jaguar scar vet an oldblood instead.

I need some units for warmashines and magehunting. Thats why I have my charmeleon skinks, the skink priest and maybe 3 terradons.
The skink can skirmish and fly, in which he can get really close to the enemy and charge them in the back or confuse mages etc.
