It depends what army you are facing?
Although I can tell you right know that your slann should 4th generation because you are bound to roll a miscast 1 or 2 times in 2000pts, especially a slann using many dice.
With the scar vet i would either take sword of chotec if you are facing(high armour save armies), or sword of extra attack cant remember the name but its a common magic item.
The 2 units of 10 saurus should be combined into a unit of 19 for your saurus scav vet.. Temple guard should be in a unit of 12 to complete the rank. I dont think your army is suited for cold ones id squeez in another 3 kroxigors if possible, i only take the coldones in armys led by a saurus lord.
I think you should make the slann second gen, but then i always say make the slann 2nd gen(Y)
I say drop the jungle swarm and the single salamander and make your temple guard 15/16 strong
Then combine the two units of ten saurus into a single unit of 20.
I think that saurus cav are fine in units of 5, so i would keep them in there
I would increase the Slaan to 2nd generation too, but I would not include the Temple Guard at all. I also think that you need more skinks to cover the Saurus regiments you have.
As Stonehambey mentioned, combine the two units of 10 Saurus, 10 is simply not enough :yes:

Hey i beat a dark elf army with this. They had me out magiked they had a level 4 and a level 2 i just had my Slann. I still was winning in the magic phase. But i will take your advice.
